Accessing The Lead Manager

There have been some changes in how you sign in to the Real Geeks Lead Manager. We know for many of you the Lead Manager is pivotal in the day-to-day operation of your business so we wanted to make sure your access to it is not interrupted.

In the past, if you are the owner of a Site through us, you have one email/password that you use to update your billing info and access your website’s content management system (CMS or “backend”). You also have a separate email/password to access the Lead Manager for your site.

For many of you these might be the same email/password combination but you still have to sign in to each of these separately. Some of you have multiple web sites through us and this requires you to maintain a separate email/password to access the leads from each site in our Lead Manager.

Now you only have to sign in once to access leads from any of your sites in our Lead Manager. You will simply sign in using your Real Geeks Account, the same way you sign in to access or change your billing information or your website’s content management system. This is standard practice among any serious provider that has multiple services.

Signing in to the Lead Manager with a Real Geeks Account
