What is the process for changing my domain name?
If your site is already live
Buy the new domain name. (you need to own a domain before you ask us to change it)
Go into your domain registrar and point the nameservers of the new domain name to our nameservers. Now both of your domains will be pointing to our nameservers.
In your registrar's control panel, set up a 301 permanent redirect from your old domain to your new domain after the new domain is live. If you need help with this, you may ask your domain registrar for assistance.
Once you have completed these steps, submit a ticket to
support requesting the domain change. Be sure to include the domain you are changing to.

If your site is not live
Let
support know which domain to you want it changed to and we'll change it on our end.
You will see the change when you take your site live.
To edit your site, continue to use your development site.
Reminder: If you push your site live before getting IDX approval, your searches and contact widget will not work.
