+In the top right of your workflow is a checkbox labeled “Automatically Stop Workflow on Communication.”
+Checking this box will make it so that if a communication with a lead is logged within the CRM, (Call/Contact Made, The lead emails or texts) then the workflow will automatically pause and prevent any future steps from going out.
+You can go into the Lead’s detail page in the CRM  and click on the Workflow Tab under their contact information to either Resume the workflow or Remove the subscription altogether.
