Lender User (BETA Docs)

We have added a new (FREE) feature to help our customers who are working with a lender. You can now add a new type of user: Lender User.

Lender Users are just like Agents, except:

• Leads can be assigned to both a lender user and an Agent.
• Lender Users have their own round robin settings.
• Leads and Agents can add activities to leads, and choose to have the other assigned Agent/Lender notified when they add activities
• Lender users don't have autoresponders
