 +===== BETA: Google Calendar Sync =====
 +
 +We now have a true two-way synchronization with Google Calendar.  To enable it, visit [[https://leads.realgeeks.com/settings/calendar]] Once enabled, it will create a new calendar in Google for all your CRM follow ups.  From that calendar, you can change the time, edit title and description, and those changes will be updated in the CRM/Lead Manager.
 +
 +Events you create yourself in Google will NOT be created in the CRM/Lead Manager, only events created in the CRM are synchronized.
 +
 +You may turn off this feature at any time.  Once it is disabled the calendar will be deleted from your Google account along with all events synchronized with CRM follow ups.
 +
 +**NOTE:**  This feature is still in **BETA**! If you encounter any unexpected behavior, please don't hesitate to reach out to support at [[https://www.realgeeks.com/support/]]
 +
 +===== Calendar Feed =====
 +
 +If you rely on a calendar service that is not Google we provide a link to a calendar feed which you can subscribe to via the calendar program of your choice.
 +
 +**NOTE:** This is only a one way **feed**, you cannot make updates to follow ups in the CRM via this method.
 +
 +==== Integrating Calendar Feed with Office Outlook =====
