This area is designed to give an overview of recent activity as well as a reminder of which tasks need your attention most. It also provides some basic statistics that can serve as a sort of status report.

You can also mark a follow-up as complete by ticking the corresponding checkbox. Admins can get an overview of how each of their agents is doing using the //Agent Activity// tab.
