Seller Leads Generation Tool Set-up and Requirements

Below you can find our step-by-step checklist to help you get started in setting up the Real Geeks Seller Leads Generation Tool.

• Site backend > Seller Leads Generation Tool ­ Settings > select Enable & Configure

• The URL allows you the ability to link the tool in your sidebars/navigation/home page. This is also the link you will use to send people to your tool. You can copy that link and paste this in a Facebook ad (This works well with our Facebook Ads Tool) or in an email to your leads.

• There are two templates that need to be set up: Automated Home Valuation Is Shown AND No Automated Home Valuation Is Shown. We already have two templates set up for you, but these can be changed

• We have added in merge fields that will automatically populate the lead's information for a more personal message. However, make sure that you manually add your email signature in place of the [email signature] merge field. This will not use the agent signature in your CRM, so this will need to be manually updated

• Header Text: Update the text that appears at the top of the landing page
• Page Title: The title of the page appears in your browser tabs to let leads know what page they are on. If they are on a different tab, they will know which tab to get back to the landing page
• Meta Description: The Meta description is a short sentence or two that also describes what the page is about. This is shown as a description for the site under search browser results.
• Meta Keywords: Meta keywords are words used to describe what the page is about. You can have multiple keywords per page separated by commas
• Search Box Headline: Update the text that appears in the black box
• Example Search Address: This is the example address in the search input on the landing page

• Select one of the high-resolution images from our library or you can upload your own custom image

• Lead Manager, Settings Tab > Lead Assignment > Property Valuation tab

• If you embed your Seller Lead widget tool, ONCE LIVE you'll be able to view this feature.
• If you enabled the Text Feature in Lead Manager, make sure you add an autoresponder for this lead source.
